100 Things to Do If You Are Sad

Life looks beautiful when you have haapy feelings. But it can be a difficult experience to be grow up especially during those times when you are feeling sad and lonely. You can expereience sadness and lonely feelings at any time and usualaly triggere when one of your close friends moved away, or worrying about a love one. Sometimes there can be no reason to be sad and there will be no answer for the question why?

However In this article, i am presenting some ideas to help you to overcome such situations and you can do almost 100 things when you are feeling Sad. I have cateogrized them in 3 main headings. First 10 relates to Being Happy, Next 20 to Be Happy, Next 30 to Feeling Happy and Last 40 is about I m feeling happy.Let's start to be happy when we are not happy!

First 10- Being Happy

 

1.  If you are not feeling good then try to do somethin good for someone else, even if you are not in the mood to do. Give a favour to some needy. You will feel the flow of positive enrgy in you that will certainly make you happy.

2.  Eat the best food, chocolate or favorite Ice Cream.

3.  Dance with the music you love. Play loudly so that it soak in througy your skin. Make some funny movements.

4. Think about your romance and romantic moments with your partner last time.

5. Just cry with full power of your body.

6. Dip your tooes in to the pool. Buy some new electronic item

7. Look for a party with some friends.

8. Throw yourself head-first into a creative project.

9. Do the splits. Or at least try.

10. Sing, Dance and sing loudly.  What the nonsense song you want to sing. Dont bothers about others around you. It will definitely did the trick.

 

Next 20- Be Happy

11. Taka a long and sound sleep.

12. Dring a lot of water or 2 liters of fizzy dring.

13. Write down about your achievements right now. Speak loudly and explain how well you get them.

14. Watch any such movie that can make you happy.

15. Sms to one of your most interesting people you know, just say hello even if you dont know someone.

16. Place order for food delivery. Ask for warm food.

17. Look thorough your old phones with your old friend if possible. Talk about those memories.

18. Listen to old Motown hits. Come up with dance moves. Wear something sparkly & work it out.

19. If you have personal blog, write a short blog telling your readers that you are sad. Discuss with them what you are feeling right now. Explain in detail.

20. Ask for a vacation and plan a holiday.

21. Write a ricdiculous dating profile.

22. Go for shopping and spend some money in variety store of your choice. By some junk items just for fun.

23. Wear a fake moustache all day.

24. Send postacds to yoru friends with their nick names that you know.

25. Think back on the last really good sex you had. Think about it for an hour. Then do something else.

26. Go out for some juice, milkshake or any other drink of your choice.

27. Visit a museum nearyby and appreciate what funny things you see there.

28. Get a company and dress up like a tourist. Visit then your own city and take a lots of photos.

29. Stick little crystals on something you use every day.

30. Purchase a new pair of sunglasses or frames without any prescription.

Next 30 - Feeling Happy

 

31.  Go for a Yoga Class. Give sometime to your body.

32. Pur on your favourite pair of shoes and do some walk in a garden near you.

33. Prepare multilple lists of everything you want to be in your life, relationship, work, lifestyle and job. Anything,anything just write.

34. Go through with Dictionary and add some new words to your vocabulary.

35. Make yourself the biggest ice-cream sundae you’ve ever seen. Decorate it with hot fudge sauce, whipped cream, sprinkles, nonpareils, whatever you like. Take a photo. Give it a name . Devour. Take a photo of that too.

36. Get some oil or cream on your face.

37. Spend an hour in a department store sniffing perfume samples. When you find something you like, spray it on a card & drop it in your purse.

38. Do you know break dancing? If no then try it out.

39. Watch videos of successful people. Praise their success.

40. Eat animal crackers.

41. Drink through a straw all day. If you get your hands on a straw which matches your outfit, so much the better.

42. Plan a party with a lovely them.

43. Write a letter to yourself in the future. Then hide it.

44. Leave your house for some time.

45.  If you know cooking, bake something fo you.

46.  Buy a harmonica & annoy the hell out of everyone while you learn how to play it.

47. Go out for some dirty shopping. Buy such an item which you dont like.

48. Look for a festival  to go to, invite some friends, & start making plans.

49. Add diamantes to your manicure.

50. Eat a pizza from your favourit pizza parlour.

51. Buy some really good art for your walls. Posters, prints, original artwork or other. If you’re feeling impoverished, go to the library, check out some art books, then take huge, great quality photocopies at a copy shop.

52. Listen your favorite music album start to finish.

53. Load up your ipod with your favorite songs & go for a walk through your favourite park.

54. Visit a cool toy store & make a surprise package for your friends.

55. Reach out to the people who inspire you but who don’t know you exist.

56. Write the birthdays of your personal heroes in your planner & work out a way to honour them on that day.

57. Play with your kids.

58. Colour your hair. (You can always dye it back.)

59. Check which body part of yours hold tension in your body, & let it go.

60. Visit some kind of religious institution & become a part in pray.

Last 40 - I am Feeling Happy Now

61. Bake heart- or bunny-shaped cookies. Give them away.

62. Be graceful.

63. Be graceless.

64. Make a video diary.

65. Answer questions with questions.

66. Try on a pair of really, really expensive shoes & act like you’ll be back tomorrow, but you’re just going to go home & think about it. (Bonus points: take a photo of you in them. Often you will need to be stealthy about this but it’s worth doing.)

67. Record yourself trying to recite the alphabet while vigorously brushing your teeth.

68. Flirt with entirely inappropriate people.

69. Sing into your friend’s answering machine.

70. Pour pancakes in the shape of your initials. Eat them while watching aerobics on television.

71. Make friends with your neighbours.

72. Think about how great it would be to name a shaggy dog “Toupee”.

73. Go to an audition just for the experience.

74. Tell someone cute, “You’re cute”.

75. Sit in a sauna with a stack of fashion magazines & sweat it out.

76. Find a secret place with a great view. Like a tree, or a rooftop, or a hill.

77. Go & see a musical (or just rent one).

78. Be optimistic.

79. Buy ridiculous slippers.

80. Make a list of the things you want to do to celebrate the upcoming season.

81. Lie down in the sunshine.

82. Pretend to be a dancer in a music video as you perform mundane tasks. Jiggle your way from the bathroom to the kitchen, shake it while you wait for your toast to pop, booty bump while you pick an outfit.

83. Go to an aquarium & take photos of the jellyfish.

84. Watch movies you used to love as a child.

85. Book a karaoke room with friends & sing your heart out.

86. Make a list of practical, actionable ways you can improve your situation.

87. Start keeping a dream journal.

88. See if you can develop an appreciation for a band or a style of music you’ve never liked before.

89. Write a play.

90. Go to vintage stores looking for fabulous old typewriters.

91. Write the stuff you like about your body on your body with a marker.

92. Change your ring-tone to the sound of one of your friends laughing hysterically.

93. Watch videos of Robin Williams or Eddie Murphy.

94. Listen to Divine Harvest by The Mae Shi. Don’t be worried, everything will turn out fine. Don’t be worried, friend just put your hand in mine.

95. Take a nap with your head at the other end of the bed.

96. Walk around a garden centre & buy a colourful plant. Give it a name.

97. Go somewhere that people walk their dogs & make friends with some fluffy creatures.

98. Hug your friends.

99. Tell someone everything.

100. Believe that everything is always getting better.

A great list, 100 different things to do. A video diary can be really cool, or get a recorder to record quirks and things which are amusing or funny, to get over the sadness. Hub up.=)

Can't know for sure which came first, but I have a feeling yours was a copy. "Place order for food delivery. Ask for warm food." Not only does that just sound weird but it seems like you were trying to paraphrase the other list's "Order delivery food, just to bask in the glory of the fact that if you pay people, they will come to your door. With food. Warm, good food. What an age we live in, huh?" Except yours sounds awkward and weird.

Of course, this isn't really a big deal, just irked me.

I really think you should check the spelling in this article and the context of the sentences. Its really difficult to read and take seriously with all the spelling errors and wrong use of words. Right now it does not look professionally written, making it difficult to take anything seriously.
